✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly — including sending replacements or offering full refunds.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final-sale or clearance items

The fastest solution is to return the original product and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you're located within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may return any unused item for a full refund — no explanation needed.

Please ensure the item is:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase
